My aim is to inspire people of all ages to have fun while exercising and to enjoy the benefits without feeling like it’s hard work!   

For those who have ever felt lost and confused when exercising on their own then my fitness classes offer safe instruction and are a good way to meet new people and have fun whilst exercising. These very soon become social gatherings! 

Music played at my classes is very carefully selected for enjoyment and to give that “feel good factor”.  I love to see and hear the participants singing along with the music at the classes.  

My goal is to empower people to feel the best they can and thus maintain as fit a life as possible since health has a priceless value and is after all, your greatest asset !


What you don`t use you loose! The right amount of exercise in an enjoyable and friendly setting can increase your energy levels and help you feel better emotionally and physically.

Zumba
Zumba is a Latin inspired dance-fitness
class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements creating a dynamic, exhilarating, and effective fitness system that is fun, and tones all those problem areas at the same time.  The Zumba exercise programme really  is exercise in disguise, and no previous experience is necessary, so it suits everyone!"

Realistic Pilates
A safe and effective form of exercise that will enable you to look and feel your very best!  It’s about core conditioning and strengthening muscles to improve posture, give flat lean abdominals, strong healthy backs, and total relaxation for the body and mind.

Extend Exercise Classes for over 60`s
These classes are aimed at maintaining flexibility in the joints, improving and maintaining muscle strength and tone, also to improve co-ordination and balance.  

Part of these classes are done seated using different props for entertainment and fun.

Care Centres
I also provide light exercise and activity classes for residents at Sheltered Housing, Nursing Homes and NHS Care Units.
